Safety
By registering, each participant declares that they have been informed and agree to the Ride4Kids regulations. The Ride4Kids Foundation is not liable for any material or immaterial damage caused by any incident or emergency, in any form.
Runners and Walkers, Try to walk against the traffic flow as much as possible. This gives you a better view of what’s coming toward you.
Participants must adhere to the participant regulations.
Wearing a helmet for cyclists is mandatory for both climbs and descents.
Instructions from the motorcyclists must be followed at all times.
Be mindful of other road users!
Stay on the right and ride with a maximum of 2 cyclists side by side. Cycle in broken lines: create space so that motorists can overtake.
Do not ride faster than 50 km/h! Going faster than 60 km/h while descending is extremely dangerous.
Each participant must wear the Ride4Kids kit. The Ride4Kids handlebar number board must be attached to the front of the bike. Each day, there will be an option to leave extra clothing at the start for the Col.
There are three moments at which participants must register:
– At departure from the campsite
– Upon arrival at the lunch station
–Upon departure from the lunch station
– Upon arrival back at the campsite.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided during the stages. Please dispose of trash carefully; do not throw it in nature.
