WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?
Cyclists:
Arm and leg warmers and/or a body warmer. Temperature differences on the mountain can be huge.Warm, preferably windproof clothing for the descent.
Two filled water bottles; refill them in advance to ensure you have enough to drink during the climb and descent.
Energy bars and gels: Even though there are lunch and refreshment stations, make sure you can keep eating while cycling.
Two spare inner tubes and an extra link for your bike chain.
Upon departure from the campsite, hand in your numbered bag with extra clothing. It will be taken to the top of the mountain for you.
Gravel Cyclists
Navigation system is mandatory as the routes are not marked with signs.Arm and leg warmers and/or a body warmer. Temperature differences on the mountain can be huge.
Warm, preferably windproof clothing for the descent.

Runners and Hikers:
Clothing that you can easily put on or take off if it gets warmer or cooler.Drinking system, possibly with a holder where you can hang your bottles.
Something to eat (bars/gels).
At the start, you can hand in a bag with dry/warm clothing for the top.
Volunteers:
Sunscreen; if the weather is nice, the sun can be strong on the mountain.Rain jacket or umbrella (for volunteers); weather can change suddenly.
Warm outerwear; there can be significant temperature differences. Make sure you have extra clothing that you can put on if you get cold.
